Gardener Assistant

Work alongside experienced ecological gardening professionals helping maintain and restore sustainable landscapes designed to support biodiversity, native plants, and overall site health. This position offers hands-on exposure to ecological gardening practices including weeding, plant identification, pruning assistance, garden restoration, mulching, and seasonal maintenance while learning how functional landscapes are managed through a science- and nature-based approach.
