The information below is to help you understand how we work and to set the right expectations. Please keep in mind that our forte is native plants, as well as Florida Friendly Landscapes.
Your garden appearance tells a lot about how we perform! We take pride in our work and want clients to enjoy their gardens all the time. In some instances, when the condition of the garden is below standard, we prioritize the areas that will create the biggest impact.
Front gardens are normally most visible and deserve the most attention -first. We want your neighbors to associate the signs on our trucks with pleasant memories.
We keep our footprint as small as possible! Maybe one or two electric tools and our petrol-fueled trucks 😢.

Cancellations must be done online 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. If for heaven sake the internet is not available, we appreciate a call/text at least 30 hours before the scheduled time. This will allow us to allocate your time slots to someone else and alert the crew.
Cancellation fees vary and are based on the number of men assigned to service your property.
Deposits on installations or preorders may not be refundable or a restocking fee may apply. This is subject to terms of service from our plant/material provider, not us.
Most of our services are charged per man hour (“PMH”), and rates vary by level of experience:
* Clients with new installation from a design purchase from us gets a discount of $5 PMH for the first three months when opting into a bi-weekly -or more frequent- gardening service during the growing season (our summers) or at least one service within 30 days during our winters.
Revitalizing services, when a garden has been neglected and requires above normal labor, are also discounted.
Other services include design, installations, soil conditioning, soil testing, winterizing, repairs, others. These are flat fees and quoted beforehand.
You may pay with a check, credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google pay, in-person, and online. Some services require prepayment (i.e consultations) or a deposit (i.e installations).
The canceled check is your receipt. Credit card payment automatically generates a digital receipt that is emailed to your inbox.

After each visit, you will receive a status report with comments and pictures of things worth noting. We try to rate the unwanted-weed condition with a rating of 1 to 5, where 1 is good (have not seen a garden without unwanted weed yet).
